The ISEJ Scholarship for BALEAP 2015
The International Student Experience Journal offered a scholarship opportunity for an international student willing to attend and present at the BALEAP Conference at the University of Leicester on 17-19 April 2015. The award was offered to applicants who are in full-time education. ISEJ Scholarship Winner We are glad to announce that Zuleyha Unlu from the University of Warwick has been awarded the ISEJ Scholarship to present and attend the BALEAP 2015 Conference. The Tim Johns Scholarship
The Tim Johns Scholarship is awarded to applicants presenting on the use of technology in the teaching of EAP. This is preferably on the use of corpora and data-driven learning; however, any presentations on innovative approaches to the use of learning technologies in the field are considered. The winner of the Tim Johns Scholarship BALEAP 2015 is delighted to announce that Celia Antoniou has been awarded the Tim Johns scholarship for the 2015 conference. Celia is currently working as a PhD researcher in the Department of Language and Linguistics at the University of Essex. The title of her paper at the conference is: Scaffolding reading comprehension in an L2 academic context. Congrats Celia! |
